Nearly 25 MILLION Americans and 25% of the world's population suffer with chronic pelvic pain. Most suffer in silence, with little access to healthcare. The IPPS VIRTUAL CHALLENGE AGAINST PELVIC PAIN is our way of SHOWING ALL WHO LIVE WITH PELVIC PAIN DISORDERS THAT THEY ARE NOT ALONE!
Research shows that movement and activity is one of the best ways to combat pain. This year’s event emphasizes movement as a way of controlling pain and improving quality of life for persons living with pelvic pain. By signing up for this race TODAY YOU CAN MAKE A REAL DIFFERENCE, keep your body active and help others who live in pain.
In this challenge, you can choose any combination of events, 10k run/walk, 5k run/walk, Yoga or Zumba! Yoga and Zumba are great alternatives for those who cannot do distance events.
Do one or do them all! You can complete your event(s) on your own time anywhere. Sign up, lace-up your shoes, and MOVE WITH US AGAINST PELVIC PAIN! The challenge events can be completed any time between October 10 and November 1, and they can be done alone, with friends, with family, or with pets.

We are raising funds to support educational programs, scholarships and research that focuses on improving the lives of persons living with chronic pelvic pain. Wear your race bib, take pictures and after you complete your challenge, upload your time and photos on the challenge website. For the finishing touch, print your certificate, wear your IPPS PIN and show off your accomplishment and your cause.
