Cancellation
A $100.00 cancellation fee will be charged if attendee sends a written notice of cancellation by September 12, 2008. No
refunds will be given after September 12, 2008. If the International Pelvic Pain Society cancels the meeting for any reason,
attendees will be notified at least two weeks prior to the meeting and a full refund will be given. The deadline to register through
the International Pelvic Pain Society office is October 10, 2008. After this date, registrants will be required to register on site
