Yoga for Pelvic Pain

Join Yoga Teacher Leslie Howard before the scientific program gets underway for an informative session on how yoga postures and breathing can help pelvic pain. Participants will do the exercises themselves and will receive take-away information on how to incorporate the exercises into their practice, such as yoga breathing and restorative poses for the pelvic floor, which Leslie uses for high-tone pelvic floor patients.
NOTE: We have had a tremendous response for this year's yoga session and are excited
to bring it to you. Please bring a yoga mat and yoga strap if you have one.
Otherwise, bring a towel (the floor is carpeted) as some poses will be done on
the floor.

IPPS has reserved a block of rooms at The Palmer House Hilton at a discounted rate of $219.00. This rate is for single or double occupancy in a standard room.
Hotel Deadline
The deadline to receive the IPPS group rate is September 23, 2012. IPPS encourages you to make your reservation early, as the hotel and discount block may sellout before this date. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis and higher rates may apply.

Hotel Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold a reservation. These deposits are fully refundable if the hotel is notified 72-hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.

Go Airport Express offers daily, door-to-door service to/from O'Hare Airport and most city and suburban neighborhoods. Early Registration Deadline
Meeting registration forms must be received by the IPPS Executive Office by 9/21/12 to receive the discounted early registration rate. All forms received after this deadline will be assessed the regular registration fee.
Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registration refund requests must be submitted in writing to the IPPS Executive Office by 10/8/12. All refund requests will be subject to a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be made after 10/8/12.
