Annual Scientific Meeting on Pelvic Pain - Abstract Submissions
Deadline to submit: August 3rd, 2012, 12:00 NOON (Central Time (US & Canada))

CME/COI Submission Information

Important: The ACCME has implemented a new regulation for abstract submissions. In addition to the presenter, it is now required that all authors must disclose any affiliations or conflicts by completing a “Speaker and Planner Disclosure Form” in order for the abstract to be eligible for consideration as part of this year’s program. Given the new requirement, individuals submitting an abstract must now include all abstract author email addresses. After the abstract is successfully submitted, an email will go out to each author requesting their disclosure for the abstract. Please ensure all authors are aware of this requirement. An abstract will not be considered unless the completed disclosure form is received from each author.

Authors that are retired need to submit a faculty disclosure.  For authors that are deceased, a disclosure is not necessary.  However, notification of the deceased author is required.  Please send an email notification to Lorene@wjweiser.com and provide the following information:

  • In the subject line please indicate “Abstract – deceased author”
  • List the meeting the abstract is being submitted for
  • Include the Author Name
  • Include the Abstract Submission Number
  • Include the Abstract Title
  • Include your contact information in the event of questions
